From Route 95:
Take exit #57 for route 113 to Newburyport Go through 4 lights, passing two shopping plazas on the right. Travel for approximately 2-3 miles. Go left at the blinking light (with the park on your right) on to Green Street. At the bottom of Green Street, turn right on to Water Street. Get into the left lane at the fork in the center of town and continue on Water Street past the Custom House Museum on your left. Take a right on Fair Street, and your next right on to Liberty Street. We are three quarters of the way down the street on your left.

From Route 495:
Take the Route 110-Salisbury-to-Route 95-connector exit. Go through 1 set of lights. At your next set of lights, go right. Go over two small bridges and bear hard left at the three way fork. This puts you on to Merrimac Street. Travel on Merrimac approximately 2-3 miles before arriving in the Newburyport downtown area. At this point, Merrimac Street becomes Water Street. Get into the left lane at the fork in the center of town and continue on Water Street past the Custom House Museum on your left. Take a right on Fair Street, and your next right on to Liberty Street. We are three quarters of the way down the street on your left.
